All products sold on eldalystore.com are 100% authentic and genuine. We source our products directly from authorized distributors and brand partners.

Swiss watches are available by special order only and may require additional processing time. All watches are verified for authenticity before shipment.

3. Orders & Pricing

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm or cancel your order.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across Egypt. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

For Swiss watches and special-order items, additional processing time may be required. We will keep you informed of any delays.

All shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

Certain items, including perfume and intimate accessories, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
