  • These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and registered account holders on Eldaly Store.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase or create an account on this platform.

02. Fair Use Policy

  • Eldaly Store is a legitimate e-commerce platform. You are permitted to browse, search, and purchase products for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract product data, pricing, or any content from this website.

  • Bulk purchasing for resale purposes without prior written permission from Eldaly is strictly prohibited.

  • All website content — including product descriptions, images, pricing, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Eldaly Store or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without consent.

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform.

03. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension or a permanent ban:

  • Submitting false, fraudulent, or dishonest orders — including chargeback abuse or intentional payment disputes without valid cause.

  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate any part of the website, payment system, or backend infrastructure.

  • Using stolen payment credentials or making purchases on behalf of others without authorization.

  • Posting, submitting, or sharing abusive, defamatory, or harassing content — including in support tickets, contact forms, or reviews.

  • Impersonating Eldaly staff, support agents, or other customers to gain unauthorized access or benefits.

  • Attempting to obtain products through manipulation, deception, or social engineering — including fake order claims or false return requests.

  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, discounts, or referral systems.

  • Sharing, distributing, or republishing our product images, pricing, or content without explicit written permission.

  • Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or degrades the experience of other users on the platform.

04. Account Suspension & Permanent Bans

  • Eldaly Store reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, without prior notice.

  • Banned accounts will lose access to their order history, saved items, and any ongoing discount codes or store credits. These will not be reinstated.

  • If a ban is issued due to fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to report the incident to relevant legal authorities and pursue full recovery of any financial losses incurred.

  • Users who believe their account was suspended in error may submit an appeal via email to info@eldalystore.com. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to result in reinstatement.

  • Device fingerprinting and IP tracking may be used to enforce bans across new accounts created by the same individual.

  • Any orders placed while under a temporary suspension will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Zero tolerance: any form of abuse, manipulation, or misconduct on our platform — regardless of scale — will result in a ban. We do not negotiate on violations.

05. Orders & Purchases

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

  • All prices are displayed in the local currency of your selected region and are subject to change without notice. Eldaly reserves the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect or promotional prices resulting from errors.

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract. Eldaly reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

  • Swiss Watch orders are by special order only and require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production/sourcing has begun.

06. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including but not limited to text, product photography, logos, icons, UI design, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Eldaly Store and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of our website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

  • Product brand names (e.g. Rolex, Tommy Hilfiger, Cartier) are trademarks of their respective owners. Their presence on this site does not imply any endorsement by those brands of Eldaly Store.

07. Privacy & Your Data

  • We collect personal data (name, email, shipping address, payment info) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your orders.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

  • We use standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08. Limitation of Liability

  • Eldaly Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of products.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

  • Product images on this site are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour or appearance due to photography or screen calibration do not constitute grounds for returns or liability claims.

  • Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

09. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
